Diane’s breadth of prior experiences in leadership, recruiting, and account management has proven invaluable.  Along with My Talent Partners she is President of the Board for Northwest Recruiters Association leading 10 board members in recruiting and talent acquisition.

With a background in sales and marketing Diane leads the charge in forming teams, scaling and leadership. Her unrelenting ability to improve programmatic practices, develop efficient workflows, and at times, employ unconventional tactics.  She has 20 years' experience in Microsoft, and with enterprise companies.

​Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in communication marketing and has three additional certifications in recruiting. Two with AIRS (CIR and PRC) and one certification in Behavioral Interviews (CBI).

When she's not leading the charge in recruiting, Diane is skiing in the winter, paddling through white water in spring, and surfing in the summer. Talent Partners believes in powder and nature days for rejuvenate the soul.
